Welcome! I'm Sylvia DeLay, a women's health nurse practitioner passionate about helping women feel their best in every season of life. I started Wren with a vision to support women through the momentous hormonal transitions of life, specifically the postpartum period and the perimenopause transition. After years of feeling limited by the fifteen-minute visits and rushed care that insurance-based practice allowed, I wanted to build something different, care that gives women the time and attention these transitions deserve.

In folk culture, the wren represents the turning of the new year, singing through the darkest days of winter, a fitting symbol for the strength and resilience I've seen my patients carry through their own turning of seasons. Wren exists to make sure you're heard and cared for. Whether I'm supporting you as you grow your family with the care and encouragement you deserve, or helping you understand your options in midlife so you can feel like yourself again, my goal is to help you feel your best.

How Wren is different

  • I come to you. Postpartum care happens in your home, in the season when leaving the house is its own small feat.

  • Your time matters. Gynecologic and peri-menopause care happens by telehealth, built around your schedule, not a waiting room.

  • You get real time. Every visit is long enough to actually talk — not just the fifteen minutes insurance-based care allows.

  • Straightforward pricing. Cash-pay, transparent, with no surprise billing — you'll know what a visit costs before you book it.

Who Wren is for

Wren is for the parent who wants to prepare for the postpartum period by nourishing herself so she can nourish her baby. For the woman who's been told her symptoms are "just aging" and knows there's more that can be done. For the patient who wants personal care without insurance dictating the terms. If that's you, I'd love to meet you!
